Through role-play and lecturette, faculty will describe the verbal and nonverbal components of executive presence, drawing on personal feedback and interviews. You will review these components from the perspectives of supervisors and team members. Based on interviews with over 50 C-suite healthcare executives, this seminar will help clarify the expectations of senior executives as well as focus on what the attendees expect of themselves.

Learning Objectives:

• Determine what executive presence means to your senior executives, to your team and to yourself within your organization.
• Develop a plan of action for implementing your vision of executive presence at work.
