October 10, 2022 Recording
1 ACHE Qualifying Education credit

With the increasing emphasis on comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives targeted toward improving patient access and outcomes, there is a critical need for healthcare leadership to turn their lens internally to make the biggest impact. Even with the best of intentions, many hospitals and health systems are falling short in embodying the very principles and approaches they are promoting for their patients and communities. Drawing on current research in inclusive leadership, this session will feature leading experts as they discuss what it takes to truly move from words to action as leaders striving for inclusivity across the spectrum.
