As an emerging leader, it’s important to evaluate your executive presence. Are you exhibiting leadership skills and behaviors in your everyday work? Assess your abilities with this bundle of seminars. Faculty will describe the verbal and nonverbal components of executive presence, drawing on personal feedback and interviews in “Being at the Table: Your Emerging Executive Presence,” which will help attendees clarify the expectations of senior executives as well as focus on what they expect of themselves. Agile healthcare leaders combine flexibility in adapting to change, speed in making informed decisions and resilience to change. Learn specific self-leadership, team-leadership and organizational-leadership skills for high performance in “Inspiring and Leading Change in Turbulent Times: Agility and Resilience in Healthcare Leadership.” Finally, in “Yes!
