As healthcare operational models change, so too will the operational roles necessary for success in this new environment. This seminar examines the wave of change facing today’s healthcare executives and identifies opportunities for new roles and the application of new skills. This participative course invites leaders to envision the future, examines their preparation and plans a way forward for their career path.

Seminar Objectives:

  • Identify trends in healthcare operations that will require new leadership roles.
  • Examine the evolution in the role of medical staff and clinical leaders and how to lead these critical stakeholders, whether they are physician or nonphysician executives.
  • Conduct a self-assessment of current role and how it may change in the future.
