Workforce challenges continue to persist in healthcare, making them a top and consistent focus for leaders. As leaders strategize for the year ahead, the head of strategic accounts and head of federal government accounts of Sanofi will share best practices from their decades of service in this sector in this interactive session, including top-down cultural approaches that foster trust and the role of technology in improving the staff and patient experience. The evening will conclude with a networking reception immediately following the presentation from 6–7 p.m. providing a great opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and discuss best practices for overcoming workforce challenges.
