Leaders carry broad and complex responsibilities in healthcare but when we think about the impact that a single role can have on the trajectory of an organization, no leadership responsibility is more important than that of developing and mentoring people. When leaders help every member of their team be more successful and productive, it has a multiplier effect on success that is tough to duplicate. This is especially critical as organizations recover from the setbacks and challenges of the pandemic.

During this workshop, participants will gain a solid framework and philosophy for understanding and implementing practices to improve staff engagement, teamwork and performance management. Long-term, these practices contribute to lower turnover, better operating results and greater satisfaction among leaders’ relationships with their employees and teams.

Seminar Objectives:

  • Assess personal communication and problem-solving styles and how they impact a team.
  • Describe and implement a comprehensive framework of leaders’ communication practices.
  • Apply the "how" and "why" of communication and team-building best practices in daily tasks

Who Should Attend:

  • C-Suite Executives, Vice Presidents and Director-Level Leaders.

Presented By:

  • Burl E. Stamp, FACHE, president/founder, Stamp & Chase
  • Rhonda Foster, EdD, ACC, Consultant, American Nurses Association/executive coach, David Couper Consulting
