As healthcare leaders advance, the demands of leadership shift from personal execution to strategic influence, empowering others and leading at scale. This highly interactive, in-person workshop helps experienced healthcare leaders expand their presence, enhance their influence and position themselves for greater leadership impact and career growth.
This course combines leadership best practices, interactive discussions, hands-on activities and guided peer coaching.
