Achieve High Reliability: Gain a Blueprint for Zero-Harm Care
Although high reliability is possible in complex industries, the question remains how to achieve it in healthcare. During this program, hear from experienced senior executives who have led a successful high-reliability initiative for a major health system. These leaders will demonstrate how they leveraged lessons from Leading a Culture of Safety: A Blueprint for Success to advance their journey toward zero harm. The program will also identify gaps in current healthcare practices and show how these gaps have been addressed in high-reliability settings. Time will be allotted for interactive questions and answers and discussion among participants.
