Members can begin completing their FACHE eligibility requirements at any time. Eligibility requirements do not have to be completed in a specific order and are not dependent upon each other.
You may check the status of progress toward completing each requirement at any time by accessing My ACHE. Then, select “Apply for FACHE” from the Helpful Links menu on the right side of the page. For all ACHE members, the Apply for FACHE page logs progress toward completing the requirements
As requirements are completed and reported, the Apply for FACHE page will provide a summary of progress.
Once you have completed all eligibility requirements, you can submit your application and the nonrefundable $250 application fee.
