Start/Continue My Application

As a Member of ACHE, you may start your Fellow application at any time to begin tracking and planning your progress toward earning the FACHE credential.

The information you enter is saved and you can update your application at any time until you have met the eligibility requirements. Your application will indicate when you are eligible to submit and pay the $250 Fellow application fee.

You can track your progress, enter fulfilled requirements and submit documents at any time:

1. Log into “My ACHE.”
2. Select “Apply for FACHE” under the “Helpful Links” menu on the right side of the page.

Fellow applications cannot be submitted until all eligibility requirements have been met. 

Tracking Completion of Eligibility Requirements

ACHE-Tracked Requirements: ACHE tracks your membership tenure and several types of continuing education credit including:

  • Choice
  • In-Person Education

  • Approved Chapter Panel Discussions
• ACHE Virtual Interactive Education credits
  • Health System Simulation
  • Virtual Interactive Courses

• Qualifying Education credits
  • ACHE Webinars
  • ACHE On-Demand Learning

Self-Reported Requirements: You must self-report or submit supporting documents for the other eligibility requirements including:

• Advanced Degree: A copy of your diploma or final conferred transcript should be submitted.
• Healthcare Management Experience: A copy of your job description, organizational chart and resume should be submitted.
• References: The name of each individual providing a reference on your behalf should be submitted. Once ACHE receives the reference you will see a date entered in the “Received Date” column.
• Continuing Education: Any continuing education earned outside of ACHE should be self-reported.
• Volunteer Activity: Any volunteer activities should be self-reported.
