Life Status
Life Status is for Fellows who:- Have 25 years of combined membership at the Member, Fellow and/or Retired level; AND
- One of the following:
- You are fully retired or you are semi-retired, working less than three days per week
OR
- You are a current Fellow and have become disabled and are unable to work full-time.
- You are fully retired or you are semi-retired, working less than three days per week
Life Status Fellows are entitled to all rights and privileges of membership, except for serving as an elected official. As a token of our appreciation for your longtime membership, you will receive a complimentary subscription to Healthcare Executive magazine. If you prefer not to receive other mailings, such as the journal of your choice and other publications, you can continue your membership at no charge. However, you can continue to receive ACHE mailings for a $75 annual fee.
When you change your membership type to Life Fellow Status, you can add LFACHE after your name to reflect your long-time support of ACHE. Apply online or download an application.
Retired Status
Retired Status is for any Fellow with less than 25 years membership tenure, who is fully retired, or semi-retired, working less than three days per week.
A Retired Status Fellow is entitled to all rights and privileges of membership (except for serving as an elected official) at a reduced rate of $75 annually. After submitting an application for Retired Status and receiving approval, you will receive an invoice for the reduced rate.
When you change your membership type to Retired Fellow Status, you can add FACHE(R) after your name. Apply online or download an application.
