Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct higher-level executive planning and leading (more line versus staff responsibility).
- Are directly responsible for accomplishing the organization’s mission and objectives.
- Manage the budget.
- Recruit and retain employees.
- Monitor and manage patient safety and quality of care.
Qualifications
A master’s degree in health administration or a related field and five or more years of work experience are required.

- Proficiency in human resources management
- Ability to interact with staff on all levels
- Strong analytical and organizational skills for planning and coordinating projects
- Knowledge of team building and evaluation
