As the professional home to 49,000 healthcare leaders, our membership base represents diverse disciplines, career levels, healthcare settings, race, gender and age - and this is our strength.
With a commitment to education and lifelong learning, 25 percent of our members have earned the esteemed FACHE® credential, the gold standard in healthcare management board certification that signals high competency, commitment and service to our profession. Additionally, 60 percent of our members have earned a Master’s Degree and another 25 percent hold two Masters or Doctorate degree. And while 52 percent of our members hold degrees in Hospital or Health Services Administration, nearly 23 percent hold business degrees, indicating competency in both organization and business acumen.
