Four New Governors Elected to ACHE Board
For Immediate Release
CHICAGO, March 18, 2023—Four healthcare leaders have been elected to serve three-year terms on the Board of Governors of the American College of Healthcare Executives: Thomas B. Lanni Jr., FACHE; Karin Larson-Pollock, MD, FACHE; Frances C. Roesch, FACHE; and Solomon A. Torres, FACHE. ACHE’s Board of Governors oversees ACHE operations and member services.
Lanni is president, Corewell Health Beaumont Hospital, Troy, Mich., and Corewell Health Beaumont Hospital, Grosse Point, Mich. He served as the ACHE Regent for Michigan & Northwest Ohio from 2020 to 2023 and on various committees.
Dr. Larson-Pollock is chief, outcomes analytics, and chief quality officer, North Division (Western Washington and Alaska), Providence, Seattle. She served as the ACHE Regent for Washington from 2020 to 2023 and on various committees.
Roesch is director, Administration, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Health Sciences, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, and business manager, Hamilton Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates. She served as the ACHE Regent for Canada from 2020 to 2023 and has served on numerous committees. She was also the Stuart A. Wesbury Jr. Postgraduate Fellow at ACHE from 1998 to 1999.
Torres is deputy executive director/COO, Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, New York City. He served as the ACHE Regent for New York—Metropolitan New York, from 2016 to 2019, and on several committees.
