Application for Faculty Associate

Thank you for your interest in ACHE.

 

To be eligible for Faculty Associate status, you must:

  • Hold a full-time teaching position with an appointment in a graduate or undergraduate program in health services administration.

Note: Faculty Associates interested in becoming board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of ACHE (FACHE®) must first convert to Member status before submitting a Fellow application.

ACHE dues:

  • $115 annually

Note: Your dues will be prorated depending on the date you join:

Month Applied January–June July–August September–December
Amount Due $115 $57.50 $115 (Covers next year's dues in full.)

Dues Payment Options

  • One-time Payment
    Make a one-time credit card payment at the time of application.
  • Installment Plan
    Pay your dues over three monthly installments. You will receive email reminders prior to each installment payment.
  • Check
    Complete a paper application to remit dues by check.
