Application for Faculty Associate
Thank you for your interest in ACHE.
To be eligible for Faculty Associate status, you must:
- Hold a full-time teaching position with an appointment in a graduate or undergraduate program in health services administration.
Note: Faculty Associates interested in becoming board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of ACHE (FACHE®) must first convert to Member status before submitting a Fellow application.

ACHE dues:

Note: Your dues will be prorated depending on the date you join:
