As a director of Client Services, Arrese leads a team of specialists working with hospital and perioperative leaders to successfully implement predictive analytics solutions into health system workflows.

Prior to joining LeanTaas, Arrese served as the manager of operations, Surgical Services at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, overseeing surgical services business operations for 35 ORs, six endoscopy suites and an ambulatory surgery center. Previously, she held administrative positions with Aurora Health Care, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, the University of Minnesota Division of Health, Policy and Management and the Health and Lifestyle Innovation Research Institute.

Arrese received a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health Professions, a minor in business and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
