Rod Brace, PhD, is a founding partner, Relia Advisors LLC, Houston, which provides expertise in high reliability organizational models, organizational model/culture assessment and design, leadership development and governance board assessments and strategies, including governance/management interventions.

 

Dr. Brace most recently retired as regional president/chief learning officer for the Memorial Hermann Health System, Houston. He served 30 years in operational positions, including chief regional operations officer and hospital CEO/COO in nonprofit and investor-owned health systems.
