Todd Sagin is the national medical director of Sagin Healthcare Consulting LLC, which provides guidance on a wide range of healthcare issues. Recognized across the nation for his work with medical staffs, hospital boards and physician organizations, he is a popular lecturer, consultant, mediator and advisor to healthcare organizations. Over the past two decades he has been engaged by hundreds of hospitals and health systems to assist medical staffs and management teams in improving the quality of the care they deliver, and in developing stronger relationships with their physicians.

Dr. Sagin is board certified in family medicine and geriatrics and currently practices at Community Volunteers in Medicine in West Chester, Pa. He has also held positions with HG Healthcare Consultants LLC, Temple University Health System, The Greeley Company and others. He has taught and practiced in community hospital and university settings and is a regular faculty member for ACHE and other organizations.
