Susan Snyder is managing partner for WittKieffer’s Leadership Advisory Practice. In this role, she collaborates with colleagues and clients to broaden the firm’s ability to improve quality of life through impactful leadership. A trusted advisor and experienced business leader focused on helping executives and their teams more capably and confidently navigate the complexities of their roles and the challenges they face, Snyder’s consulting expertise includes executive team alignment and development, culture definition and sustenance, talent management, and executive coaching and development. The majority of her consulting work is in life sciences, healthcare, professional services and large industrials.

Prior to joining WittKieffer, Snyder held a variety of senior roles at a prominent global executive recruiting and consulting firm. Most recently, she was a senior client partner and global leader dedicated to executive team performance. Before that, she held key positions at the same firm overseeing North American organizational strategy, global talent and effectiveness, and North American consulting delivery. Snyder is a certified Hudson Institute executive coach and is accredited in a wide variety of assessment and development methodologies.
