As an organizational psychologist, Reuben Faloughi, PhD, offers coaching, training and interactive workshops to help people and organizations humanize the self, other people and work environments. He understands the power organizations have to influence both individuals and society and jumps on opportunities to co-create transformational change. Moreover, as a practicing clinical psychologist, Faloughi recognizes the importance of individuals and groups maximizing innate human tools such as compassion, mutual respect and growth-oriented mindsets, which he believes are vital to organizational transformation.

Prior to joining CMA, Faloughi combined his skills acquired as a licensed psychologist, speaker, consultant, educator, student-athlete, and artist into engaging speaking and training experiences. These are aimed to enhance wellness, communication and leadership.

Faloughi earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Georgia. He earned his PhD in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri. Faloughi's work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and he continues to speak and collaborate with clients in a variety of industries.
