Kristi is the System Director, Resource Management at Lee Health, one of the largest public health systems in the U.S., located in Fort Myers, Florida. In that role she works with multiple Lee Health entities on FTE planning, budgeting and management and is responsible for Lee Health’s Staffing Resource Center, the system’s centralized staffing department that works to ensure consistent staffing levels system wide.
