Based in Dallas, Kari Beets is a senior manager of Industries and Work Dynamics Research, responsible for leading healthcare and technology research for North America. Partnering with the Global Industries and Work Dynamics Research platform, she generates insights for clients on how to capitalize on industry trends and opportunities to optimize real estate for their business.

Prior to her current role, Beets led research for the Dallas-Fort Worth market at JLL, working with a team of analysts and collaborating with market professionals to advise clients. Before joining JLL, Beets worked for three years in research at another global commercial real estate firm.

Beets holds an MS in information studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in English from Wheaton College (IL).
