Biography

AJ Herrmann is executive director of strategic workforce planning at the Cleveland Clinic. In this role, he is responsible for designing and implementing a global workforce planning strategy. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, he served as head of people analytics at Nestlé USA and as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, he focused on workforce and organizational strategy for multiple Fortune 100 companies.

Additionally, Mr. Herrmann served 10 years in the Central Intelligence Agency. He was a Presidential Daily Briefer during the Arab Spring revolutions of 2011­–2012, for which he earned the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation. Mr. Herrmann earned a Master of Arts in international affairs from the School of Foreign Service atGeorgetown University​ ​and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from The George Washington University.
