Assessments and feedback:

Prior to attending the conference, you and your direct reports, supervisors and colleagues will be asked to complete an assessment about your leadership traits. It is critical that you take the time to distribute and return this assessment, as the feedback and analysis is vital to pinpointing your leadership strengths and weaknesses, while allowing the conference faculty to focus on issues important to you.
