“Interacting with thought-provoking and innovative leaders at the ACHE Chapter Leaders Conference has provided me with a renewed energy and given me many insights and ideas on how I can make a difference in my local chapter.”
Gain a new outlook on leading your chapter at the 11th annual Chapter Leaders Conference at the Chicago Marriott O'Hare.
On Monday, Sept. 29, the conference begins at noon with lunch and an official welcome by ACHE Chairman Christine M. Candio, RN, FACHE. ACHE President/CEO Deborah J. Bowen, FACHE, CAE, will provide an ACHE progress report.
After lunch, the afternoon will be filled with insightful learning options. Choose among in-depth workshops or opt for our series of 30-minute mini-sessions. Either choice will send you home with several takeaways for your chapter. At the end of the day, plan to network and feast at the Board of Governors Reception and Dinner.
Tuesday morning will provide an avenue for exchanging new ideas at our third annual World Café Breakfast session. Chapters will meet according to their market areas and discuss topics such as finances, board recruitment and education programs. Our keynote speaker, Darryl Harris, has 30 years of experience working in the U.S. and internationally to help organizations and individuals improve their effectiveness. His keynote on Tuesday morning will give you a chance to reflect on the conference and prepare you for your chapter's continued accomplishments.
Take 24 hours to get the prescription for chapter success!
New to chapter leadership? Join us Monday morning for Chapters 101, our new board orientation. Desmond J. Ryan, FACHE, CAE, associate director, Regional Services, will host an overview of chapter resources.
