Program Formats

The sponsoring organization may select a three-hour, one-day (six-hour) or two-day (12-hour) ACHE seminar. Sponsoring organizations may offer an On-Location Program in the following ways:

  1. Offer the program to its own staff (or a limited audience) at no additional charge. The sponsoring organization is responsible for the entire fee charged by ACHE to offer the program. The fee must be paid in full within 30 days of the event.

  2. The sponsoring organization may offer the ACHE seminar to a general audience of healthcare executives and charge an individual registration fee. The sponsoring organization is responsible for handling the individual registration process and remitting one payment to ACHE within 30 days of the event.

  3. The sponsoring organization may offer the ACHE seminar to an audience that includes invitees of the sponsoring organization (staff or general audience of healthcare executives). The sponsoring organization is responsible for the entire fee charged by ACHE to offer the program and remitting the payment to ACHE within 30 days of the event.

  4. Six- and 12-hour programs may not be offered within a 500 mile radius of another ACHE national education offering or held within 30 days of another ACHE national education offering.

  5. Marketing of an On-Location Program is limited to members in the state of the offering and other states contiguous to the On-Location Offering. The On-Location Program may not be promoted as a “national” event.

  6. The award of ACHE credits will be made only if and when the appropriate documentation is submitted within 10 days of the conclusion of the offering and the program fee is paid in full within 30 days of the event.
