Wanted to get a feel for how other hospitals are using social media (blogs, facebook, twitter, etc) as part of their marketing strategy. Also, if there are any good resources that you have come across regarding how to implement a social media program, I would love to know about them!

ACHE will be offering a one-day workshop titled "Best Practices for Applying Social Media in Healthcare" on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in San Antonio. The workshop will feature four expert panelists who have incorporated successful social media strategies at their healthcare organizations, along with additional presenters.
