Our plan approval process is rather simple since the three managing directors/founders have full authority to approve the plan and also were the plan developers. The plan is then shared with our limited partner investor base and we will report progress against the plan at our annual meeting.
It is early in the life cycle of our plan and to date we have not encountered pitfalls.
We have just completed our one year report against the plan at our annual meeting last week. To date, we have met or exceeded all of the objectives and targets for year one.
