Yes, besides joining ACHE this past May, I also joined the local ACHE Chapter which is Healthcare Executives of Southern California. I also volunteered for the HCE Program Planning Committee. I will get in touch with people from the state hospital association as you suggested.
The particular health care mid-level managerial positions I have in mind are business development, fund development, marketing and program managment. I have expert computer skills and am also an Internet Researcher. I appreciate your reply and will take all of your suggestions in consideration, as I continue my efforts to become gainfully employed again within the healthcare field (I currently work in Telcom IT).
