I graduated from the Univ. of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science Health Care Services Degree on 11/30/06. I joined ACHE this past May, 2007 and its local chapter Health Care Executives of Southern California. Attending my first networking event in July proved to be very successful, as I met many health care professionals and have increased my professional network. I will continue my education by obtaining my M.B.A./Healthcare Management degree. I work in telecommunications, but am seeking to return to work in the health care field now. I have had a few interviews but instead of speaking to human resources, I want to seek out and speak directly to hiring managers. How do I increase my professional network online? Can anyone offer suggestions on State of California as well as national health care professional online networking groups?
