It is my first participation to this forum; hence, I will provide a short bio of me. I am a lady doctor, I work in a government sponsored healthcare organization that is considered the solo healthcare provider for Qatar population. After 8 years in general surgery, I turned to quality management department and I currently work as a quality manager for one of our hospitals.
I would like to invite all international affiliates who agreed to be in the committee to join this thread so that we can discuss certain issues that might be of special interest to non US healthcare professionals. Please provide a list of your areas of interest and we will vote on the criteria for prioritization. My suggested topic is; expert hiring or staff development. Now I will wait for your contribution.
