I graduated with an MBA in Healthcare management and have been working in healthcare for 9 years now. I am currently an Executive Director of a healthcare organization. I am trying to find a fellowship/intership in a hospital however had no luck for about 2 years now. My other option is to relocate to FL (love it) from Ohio. I would like to manage a physician group. However, I am not finding any positions in that area as well. Any advice???
