Customer Service Initiatives

    Customer Service Initiatives

    I wanted to hear about other customer service initiatives that have been implemented to improve  overall patient experience.  Can you tell me what tools you have implemented, tracking mechanisms, and what you have specifically done to address employee buy in.

    I was recently put in charge of implementing a customer service initiative as well.  Therefore, I would also be interested in learning how other hospitals have initiated, measured, and tracked their customer services programs.
