Wanted to introduce myself to the forum. My name is Mike I am embarking on the Essentials of excellent management series. I am a registered nurse working in the emergency department of a small community hospital. I have twenty years in nursing, some management, the rest clinical. My goal is to enter executive medicine and by this time next year complete the CHE credentialing requirements - lots to do.
